Tell us about your business
We learn what the business does, its services, contact details, service area, existing branding and what the website needs to achieve. You don't need to prepare anything.
We build
We create the website structure, wording and design. Your existing branding and suitable business photos are incorporated where available.
Review
You review the website and share your thoughts. The standard build includes one reasonable revision round before launch, so we can fine tune things together.
Domain and launch
We handle the domain connection and the technical side of going live. Your domain remains registered to your business, not to us.
Ongoing care
After launch, the Website Care Plan covers managed hosting, basic technical support, domain management and 1 minor website update request per month.

Getting your domain sorted
Either way, your domain stays registered in your business name.
If you already have a domain
No problem. Where it's technically possible, we can connect your existing domain to your new website and handle the setup for you.
If you don't have a domain
We can organise and manage a suitable domain for you, and it stays registered in your business name. We can't promise every domain name will be available, but we'll find one that suits.
Email that matches your website
Professional email using your own domain is arranged separately, something like:

Business email is optional and priced separately.
If you ever leave
You keep ownership of your domain at all times. Where we manage a domain or email service for you and you decide to move on, those services can be transferred into an account under your control.
It's your business and your online name. We just help run the technical side while you're with us.
Your domain, in your name
Registered to your business from day one. If you leave, it's transferred to an account under your control. Simple.
