The online part of your business belongs to you
It's a simple arrangement. The domain is in your name, we handle the technical side while you're with us, and if circumstances change, the domain and any managed services can be transferred into an account under your control.

How much does a website cost?
You can pay for the build at $799 once off, or spread it with no upfront fee at $169 per month for the first 12 months. After that, the Website Care Plan is $89 per month.
What does the $89 Website Care Plan include?
Managed hosting, keeping the website live, platform and software management, basic technical support, domain management, standard annual domain renewal and 1 minor update request per month.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your business name and remains your property. We manage the technical setup and renewal while you're on the Website Care Plan.
What if I already have a domain?
Where it's technically possible, we connect your existing domain to your new website and handle the setup.
Can you set up a professional business email?
Yes. Business email using your own domain, for example info@yourbusiness.com.au, can be arranged. It's optional and priced separately.
How many pages are included?
Up to 5 core pages. The structure is set up to suit your business, and additional pages can be quoted separately.
Can I make changes after the website goes live?
Yes. The Website Care Plan includes 1 minor update request per month, for things like opening hours, phone numbers, prices or photos.
What happens if I leave Sign Me Up Mate?
Your domain stays yours and can be transferred into an account under your control. Managed services can be transferred too.
Do I need to pay $799 upfront?
No. There's a no upfront fee option: $169 per month for the first 12 months, then $89 per month ongoing. A 12 month minimum applies to that option.
