What's in the build

A proper website for your small business

Most local businesses don't need an enormous website. They need a clear, professional one that tells customers who you are, what you do, where you work and how to get in touch.

The idea

A good small business website answers the obvious questions

Customers don't need a lot of pages and fancy extras. They need to quickly find the answers that decide whether they call you.

  • Who they are
  • What they do
  • Where they work
  • Why someone should contact them
  • How to get in touch
Structure

A typical 5 page website

Every business is different, so the page structure is adjusted to suit yours. A typical build looks like this:

Home

Who you are and what you offer, straight to the point.

Services

What you do, in plain language, with what it's worth.

About

A bit about the business and the people behind it.

Contact

Phone, email, form and where to find you.

A page that suits you

Service areas, gallery, FAQs, functions or membership. Whatever is most useful.

Not every business gets the same five pages. We set up the structure that makes sense for yours.

Built for real customers

Built around the information customers actually need

A website should answer the questions people ask before they pick up the phone. So we make sure the important things are easy to find:

  • Services
  • Service areas
  • Opening hours
  • Phone number
  • Contact form
  • Photos
  • Business information
  • Clear calls to action

If a customer can find those answers quickly, the website is doing its job.

Mobile matters

Easy to use on a phone, where customers are

A lot of customers find local businesses through their phone, whether that's a Google search, Google Maps or social media. Your website is designed to be easy to read and use on a phone, with clear text, big buttons and contact details that are simple to find.

Click to call means one tap and the number is dialling. No pinching, no zooming, no hunting around.

What's not in the standard build

The standard build covers the essentials for most small businesses. If yours needs something bigger, that's fine. Larger requirements are quoted separately, so you know where you stand before we start.

Additional minor work outside the Website Care Plan starts from $69. Bigger jobs are quoted before any work begins.

Quoted separately

  • Additional pages
  • Major redesigns
  • Online stores
  • Complex booking systems
  • Paid applications
  • Specialist integrations
  • Advertising
  • Ongoing SEO campaigns
  • Professional photography
  • Large custom functionality

If your business needs any of these later, we can talk through what's involved and give you a quote.
